PLEASE NOTE that we do not offer free returns; return fees apply.
Changed your mind? – No problem! You can always return or exchange your order. We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason.
To qualify, your order must meet the following conditions:
- The order still contains all relevant parts and components, and the packaging is received in the same condition as the product.
- Normal handling of the product is clear; damage due to negligence is excluded.
- Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
- The product must be defective immediately upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.

A return is processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect the items have been used or damaged without our responsibility.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to start the return process:

Include the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of damage
- Customer’s first and last name

We will then provide you with the return address.
Do not send the return item to the sender; we will send you the correct address after you contact us. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.
A. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier, receives or accepts the last item.
Since we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot stop the shipping process before delivery, and refunds are not possible upon receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Emma & Sophie Boutique by a clear statement (via email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Withdrawal is completed when we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
Shipping in Transit
Since our goods ship from Asia, there may be longer shipping times outside our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, it is not possible to withdraw. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. You are, of course, welcome to inform us of your withdrawal in advance.
To ensure the fastest return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, except delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal and receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed; in no case will you be charged for this refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
